I am waiting to see if all the car makes that I am likely to work on , that their software version number has increased at least an entire whole number from what it has from  the middle of 2014, especially Chrysler and Ford, before I decide to update my DS708, and want to be know if  I updated it and some function on newer software is missing or doesn't work , that I would be able to turn it off and still use one of my older version software cards . 

 well here'e what you get, this is what I see for the one I sold, but its still listed in my devices, so I can see the latest software availability.

 Thank you very much  for posting that. It does look like I am wrong about nothing having been updated in the last year.. I just don't understand why it is so difficult for Support to answer questions on the forum any longer.

 I think is a better deal to leave your 708 the way it is and just purchase another unit to update. when things goes wrong and they will at least you have something that will cover you till 2014/2015 in some cases. old software are pretty good specially on Americans and some jap cars.

 I am trying to repair a file that has been corrupted . I want to try to copy and past to see if it works.

I am not trying to get around a update , just want the last file that I had .

can someone that has the 9.11 version of the ford software try and copy it and email to me ?

I will copy and past it to my current folder and see if it works .

I think we all should work together because im sure autel could care less about supporting our $2k scan tools that is becoming obsolete
